I haven't mentioned how the potty training is going in awhile, so I thought I would let all you faithful readers know that it is going REALLY well!! A few posts ago I mentioned that we were using a potty chart for keeping his undies dry. This past week, he had 12 opportunities (before nap and after nap) to keep them dry and he did it 10 times!!!! He only had one accident and the other time he was in a diaper all morning because of playing out in the snow. We are sooo proud of Kennan!! The next reward he is working towards is getting to stay up a "little" later to have a movie night and popcorn with us. I am glad we waited a little longer to get this done...he was definitely ready this time!!!
Brayden is doing better with her solid food eating. She really likes green beans, which surprised me!! Her second favorite is applesauce mixed with oatmeal, and squash and sweet potatoes come in third. She does much better when Kenny feeds her!
We had some snow on Friday! So much that Kenny's classes were cancelled! He spent the day playing outside with us in the snow and then we played Settlers while the kids were napping. It felt like an extended weekend and we had a great time!
On the job front...Kenny has been approved to send out his official resume to churches. We have heard back from quite a few and some phone interviews have been scheduled. I don't think I am allowed to say much more, so I will leave it at that. We covet your prayers for discernment and that God would be preparing a church for us and our hearts for that church!!
I will leave you with a few pictures...

I am definately praying for you and your family during this job search process. It is nice to know I have a good friend who is going through the same thing. I hope we will end up close in Texas!!!
I love the winter pictures, so beautiful. I will keep your family in our thoughts. Congrats on the potty training success.
Nice pictures! I'm so glad potty training is going so well. That's what worked for Evan, waiting until he was almost three and then it just came easily.
We will miss you guys when you move but will be praying for the perfect fit.
Those snow pictures are really pretty!
Glad potty training is going well.
What cities in Texas are you guys looking at?

Good job Kennan! Good job Mommy! Glad for you. Can you post the site again that you used for making baby food? E. is also finally doing better with food. Yay good eaters.
So much excitement in your house right now! Good job on the potty training. It definitely works better when you wait until THEY are ready. It's a nightmare for everyone to force the issue. Way to go, Rigolouts! Job hunting is definitely exciting/stressful. I know God will put you where you are needed most. Hopefully in Texas, since that is where y'all want to be.
So glad the potty training is going well! Love the pictures!
Wow, all that snow! Those pictures are amazing. I love the Sunday morning picture too. Brayden looks so old!
Fun pictures..the snow is beautiful! We too are just starting the job search process...it's exciting and scary at the same time. We'll pray for y'all!
I love the new pictures! Yay for snow!! :)
Also, congrats on the potty training to all of you, I know it is a joint effort! :) We're slowly but surely working on it too. Well, we have been "working" on it for a long time, but we are definitely more agressively working on it now. She has a few accidents a day and we are still doing diapers, just because she says she doesn't want to wear big girl panties. Go figure.
