It is now mid-February and we are just now getting our first REAL snow. We have had a few times previously that was just snow/slush/sleet that didn't stick. This snow, my friends, is sticking and is supposed to last for a few days. YIPPEE!! In my opinion, snow makes the cold weather much more bearable.
Now for some random pictures...At Sunday School the other day, Kennan made some bird feeders to hang on the trees by our apartment. My sweet husband took him and Brayden out the other morning to hang them.
They also took the time to blow some bubbles from the fun Winnie the Pooh bubble set that Bethany sent us from Japan.
Kennan loves to "dress up" and wear silly things around the house. This particular evening after bathtime, he thought it was necessary to wear his sunglasses and Mardi Gras beads around the house.
Chef Kennan also makes his appearance around our house every once in awhile. During this cooking session, the chef felt it necessary to wear my slippers around the house while preparing "gessert" (dessert).
Brayden is happy to taste test the creation!!

I love all the costumes and the snow. We have a better chance of seeing it now that we are in Dallas, but I think the temperature will have to be below 70!
