Nelf, our Elf on the Shelf, joined our family last December. After Christmas Eve, he took off for the North Pole and came back last night to join us again! The kids were super excited to see him this morning and to read the book and note he brought us.

In his letter, Nelf told the kiddos to behave and to do their best so he could let Santa know how good they are.
He also brought them a gift, hid them and gave clues where to find them.
They all got new jammies to wear tonight when we watched the Elf on the Shelf show on TV.
It was a really great day and the kids had fun whispering to Nelf all they wanted for Christmas. {Then we'd have to spend a few minutes talking about not getting everything we want, being grateful and the true meaning of Christmas.} We can't wait to see where we will find Nelf tomorrow!!
