I own one piece of Pampered Chef stoneware...
It has been in my possession for about 2 months and I have never used it. Does anyone have one of these (or something like it)? I am in need of some ideas and recipes... I was drawn to it because you can use it in the microwave for quick meals, or in the oven. Can anyone help??

I have that same piece, the lasagne baker, and the pie plate. You can use that one for roast, potatoes, and carrots. Add ketchup, a cup of water, and an envelope of brown gravy mix. VOILA! Dinner!
Do you remember the taco pie we made -- ground beef, taco seasoning, corn, bell peppers, onions, black beans and then corn bread on top? You could do that... if it is stove top safe, you could do the cooking of the beef and veggies on the stove, then put the corn bread on it and pop it in the oven.
I like how pretty it is... :)
Thanks with your help on my last blog. I suck at figuring this stuff out. I need your help desperately!!! I don't even know how to do links to other people's blogs. Sad, I know. I love the post of the sneaky rigoulots booing people. Too cute!
If it can go on the stovetop, too, then that is great. Roast is good because you can brown the meat on the stove and then slow roast it in the oven. Stew is the same way, brown the stew meat and then slow roast in the oven. Brisket, ribs are all good slow roasted as well. And chili!!
Thanks Jenn! I got my links up, I appreciate the help. I will see you in just a few short weeks YAY!!!
Do you really want me to comment about cooking? I don't know how!
J/k Hope to comment more now.
