Finally!!
We finally have internet! YIPPEE!!! We are all settled in here in Pampa. Our new house is perfect for our family! All of the boxes have been unpacked, beds are made, closets are full. We have been getting some great use out of the backyard...I think it is Kennan's favorite part of the house. We are still renting it from our friends and plan to close on July 11th. Hopefully that will go as planned! All of the people here have been so friendly and welcoming. The chuch members worked hard on our yard before we got here and did a little "food drive" and stocked up our pantry, fridge, and deep freeze with some necessities. It was so thoughtful of them and nice for us to not have to go grocery shopping our first day here. Kenny starts at the church July 1st and is really looking forward to it. The bad news to share is that blogger is giving me major trouble when downloading pcitures, so I think this will be as good as it gets for now. Enjoy!!!

As I promised...
I promised that I would post a few times this weekend because internet access would be scarce over the next few weeks. If you haven't checked out my last post you should...it is all of our new house pictures! Here are a few pictures of the kids over the last few weeks. Enjoy!

Our new house!!
Long time...no update! We don't have internet connection at our new house yet so I had to wait until we made it back to the DFW area to give this update. We made it to Pampa last Monday and spent 3 full days working on getting the house in order. WE LOVE IT!!! It is such a great home for our family. We are back in the DFW area this weekend for Kenny's ordination service that will take place on Sunday. Then on Monday we will rent a U-Haul to take back the rest of our stuff to Pampa. We are also inheriting some living room furniture from my parents (thanks mom and dad!!). Here are some pictures of our new house...
Kennan with Mason and Jackson trying to get in!
The living room/formal dining room (all it needs is our new furniture!!)
The bookshelf in the room off of the kitchen (we will use it as a play area for Brayden and another dining area)
Window overlooking the backyard with my new extra wide and deep sink (LOVE IT!)

The laundry room is in the kid's bathroom. The doors that used to cover the area didn't fit because the washer and dryer are to deep. We are going to get a shower curtain and rod to cover it all up.
Kid's bathroom (sink to the left and toilet to the right)
Master bedroom...bathroom to the right and closet behind me
Master bath...mirror needs to be hung. The toilet and another closet are behind me and the shower/tub is to the right.
Kennan's room...still needs a little work. His dresser is to the left and so is the closet.
Kennan's HUGE closet that we turned into his playroom.
Brayden's room...check out the beautiful banner that our friend Amy made for her.
Kennan working on a bird feeder to hang up.
Checking out the cherry laurel tree in the backyard. He loves to pick the cherries...but doesn't eat them. They are poisonous.
Well that's it for now! I will update a few more times this weekend since it will be the last time I will be able to for awhile. Let me know what you think!!!!

Abilene!!
Abilene is treating us well!
Friday and Saturday was the all important meeting that held Kenny's fate as the pastor in Pampa. I am happy to report that all went well! He preached a sermon on Saturday morning and then was examined (questioned) by the Presbytery. He was asked 3 questions and answered them all wonderfully. He was unanimously voted in as pastor and a member of the Presbytery. We are thrilled and I am so proud of Kenny. He has worked so hard to make it to this point!
We attended church at our old church this morning and it was great to see old friends and people who have supported us throughout this journey. At the end of the service they called Kenny and I up and presented Kenny with a beautiful stole that was hand made by a woman in the congregation. It is beautiful and will always bring back memories of FCPC every time Kenny wears it.
I think the kids are beginning to become sick and tired of all this traveling. We have not been in the same place for more than 3 nights since we left NJ on May 29. We are looking forward to going to Pampa in the morning and moving in to our new home!! We will spend some time there before we head back to DFW for Kenny's ordination service next weekend. After that trip we won't be going anywhere for a long time! We are ready to be in one place for awhile! Here are a few pictures of our time in Abilene. (Looking at them I realize I haven't taken many! We've been a little busy...and Brayden isn't in any. She has been pretty miserable and not in the photo mood.)

Brayden Update
We made it to Abilene this afternoon safe and sound! It was a good trip...both kids napped!!!!!
Brayden woke up again today with a fever and seemed even more upset and irritable than the days before. We are lucky enough to have a doctor friend in Abilene (the same one who delivered Kennan) so I gave her a call and they were able to work her in. The verdict is...double ear infections!!!! YUCK! Poor, sweet baby girl. We are pumping her with antibiotics and tylenol so hopefully she will be herself by Sunday. Thanks for your thoughts and well wishes.
We will be in Abilene until Monday morning and will make the 5 hour drive to Pampa then. Can't wait to be in our house!

And we're off...again
After a few days of relaxing in the DFW area we are off to Abilene tomorrow. We will be spending the weekend there for a very important meeting and some catching up with friends. The meeting is one of the last things Kenny has to do before he is officially the pastor in Pampa. Then its off to Pampa on Monday morning! We can't wait to be in our house!
Brayden turned 10 months on Monday! Crazy how fast time flies! She got a new tooth at some point on Sunday which explains the large amounts of drool she was producing. We got into Grapevine on Monday evening and on Tuesday afternoon Brayden woke up from her nap with a fever. She still has one with the highest temp being 103.7 this morning. It has gone down all day and was 99 when she went to bed. I am hoping that she wakes up in the morning feeling better! It has been a rough few days. I am pretty behind on picture editing so I will leave you with this one of our sweet girl. She pretty much uses anything as a telephone...I guess that means we talk on the phone a lot!?!
Updates will be few and far between for awhile. We probably won't have internet connection at the house for a few weeks so I will do my best to update when I can!
