We woke up this morning to a winter wonderland!
The snow was all the way up to our back door!
So we spent most of our day inside...
Exploring

Once the temperature got into the teens this afternoon we went outside to explore the snow.
Brayden did a little taste testing...
And Kennan loved making his way through the snow!
Brayden, Grayson and I decided it was too cold so we went inside. Kennan and Kenny decided we needed a snow fort, so they went to work.
And about 10 minutes later Kennan decided it was too cold, so he came inside. But the best dad and hubby ever stayed out and continued work on the fort. What a trooper!
We warmed up with some hot chocolate and cookies...
Then we treated ourselves to some snow ice cream. Brayden gave it a thumbs up!
The night was finished off with a little story time and snuggles.
What a great day! It was fun to have everyone home for the day. They have already declared a late start for tomorrow so we are looking forward to sleeping in a little.
Who am I kidding...my kids don't sleep in!!!
